We use your name, email, selected topic, message and any company details, job title, phone number or career link you provide to respond to your enquiry. Name, email and message are needed to use the form; the other details are optional.

Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, that request is our legal basis. For other enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business and careers correspondence.

Formspree processes submissions and delivers them to our business email provider. Formspree also processes technical information, such as IP address and browser details, to operate and protect its service.

Formspree hosts its service in the United States and states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses as a processor. See its privacy policy and security and transfer information.

Our enquiry correspondence is deleted three months after the enquiry closes.

Formspree provides 30 days of submission history on our current plan. Its retention of service records is separate and described in its privacy policy.

Your browser stores your colour-theme preference locally. These pages use no analytics or advertising trackers. Formspree’s confirmation page is covered by its own privacy policy.
